Our founder, Hong, was whisking up some delectable treats in the kitchen when her curious cat, Mimo, decided to take a dive headfirst into the measuring cup. What happened next was pure magic – the cup held exactly one liter, and Mimo nestled in with a contented purr that melted El Mehdi's heart.
This heartwarming scene sparked an idea. El Mehdi realized the immense capacity for love that cats embody. From that moment, Meowmai (pronounced "may-ow-my") – A Liter of Comfort, a Heart of Technology – was born. Inspired by Mimo's blissful snuggle, we're dedicated to using cutting-edge technology to create even greater comfort and enrichment for feline companions.
